This project wasn’t the first this client has ventured on completing with PSW. Once deciding to build their forever home, this family contracted PSW to complete the exterior work.

The centerpiece of this project is the Custom Rectangle Vinyl Liner Pool. As with all PSW pools, it is built to last. Complete with galvanized steel walls with custom ledge and steps, covered with a vinyl liner in Aquarius, it is framed with limestone and turf to make it pop.

Accenting the pool further is the surrounding slab and turf patios. Turf patios are becoming increasingly popular in the Pittsburgh area. The elevated patio is the best spot to take it all in. Scuppers underneath bring a calming sound with water flowing into the pool below.

The Patio Roof makes it possible to come outside whenever the desire arises without having to worry about the elements. This custom vaulted Synergy ceiling came in Weathered Gray with recessed lights and fan. Cooking for friends and family is made easy with the outdoor kitchen complete with built-in grill and granite countertop. Residing on the outer edge of the patio roof sits the family’s outdoor wood-burning fireplace with wood boxes on either side. The TV above the mantle is the finishing touch on this outdoor living space.

Making the space beautiful and its own is the outdoor lighting and landscaping plan.
