Project Details

Located in the heart of South Fayette, this exquisite back yard was seamlessly completed in three phases. We love helping families get their dream space and can help make almost any project manageable for our budget-conscious clients.

The first phase consisted of the outdoor kitchen and bar area just beyond the dining and lounging areas with a little landscaping to make it look welcoming. The outdoor kitchen comes equipped with a grill, storage area, refrigerator and granite countertops on which family and friends can gather around some home cooking.

We were sure to include electric for when this family wants to use an additional appliance or phone may ever need charging without missing a beat.

Phase two was adding the pavilion to help protect the chef and guests from the rain! This western red cedar comes with a natural resistance to moisture, decay and insect damage making it the ultimate choice for exterior use.

In the third and final phase, we added the in-ground liner pool, paver patio around the pool, walkway, steps, retaining wall, fence, and more landscaping completing the project in its entirety.
