Overcoming Challenges
A significant obstacle in the project was the location of the steps leading from the top deck to the pool. Originally positioned in a way that limited the usable space around the pool area, the steps interfered with the homeowners’ vision for an expansive outdoor entertainment area. Recognizing the limitation, our design team sprang into action, devising a strategic plan to relocate the steps to the opposite side of the deck.
This innovative solution not only provided clearer access to the pool but also opened up crucial space, allowing for the installation of a large paver patio. The new layout made room for an outdoor kitchen, complete with all the amenities needed for alfresco dining and cooking.
