Project Details
At night, warm and cool colors meet when the outdoor lighting comes on in and out of the water. This family in Gibsonia wanted to incorporate an elaborate pool area to their backyard pallet.
Our design team created a concept that utilized part of the hillside to accommodate a raised lounge paver patio and hot tub as well as boulder walls, landscaping, and outdoor lighting. The boulder wall helps retain the hill's structure while providing aesthetic viewpoints.
Scuppers line the stone wall along the pool edge giving it a resort-style appearance while supporting a raised patio. The raised lounge patio is accented on each corner with three-foot stone columns topped with a decorative fire urn. Sandstone steps connect the raised lounge patio and the main paver patio. Terra antiqued Travertine pavers make up the main patio space with Crema Eda® antiqued pavers creating the border which completed this breathtaking outdoor space.
